Tyler Hoechlin (pronounced
`Heck-Lin'), best known for his role as Tom Hanks'

interest to Cecilia, played by Ashlee Simpson.
Seventeen-year-old Hoechlin was born and raised in

9. He trained at the Young Actors Space, the Krys
Kyer Workshop, and with Warner Laughlin. He won
his first film role in "Family Tree,"
which screened at the 1999 Cannes Film Festival,
and starred Robert Foster and Naomi Judd. In 2001,

time, Stults was seriously considering joining the
U.S. Navy. George auditioned for a role on 7th
Heaven where his
younger brother Geoff already had a recurring role
as Mary Camden's love interest Ben Kinkirk.
Originally auditioning for the role of a kid who
forces people to drink, George was later cast in
the role of Ben's older brother Kevin. George and
Geoff share an apartment in Los Angeles. George is

starred in the feature film Teaching Mrs. Tingle
